Management is a key issue for audiovisual media to face today's situation. Management should be considered as the tool that could contribute decisively to overcome the uncertain moment the sector is experiencing. This session aims is to offer to the people within the business a group of strategic guidelines that would help them to make the right decisions with better information, having as well a strong capacity to prevent future results. It will also focus on strengthening leadership at their institutions, helping them to face problems and difficulties, while they are looking to improve their business' results.
