Many questions need to be answered in today's media landscape, ones related to general issues and other specific linked to management and business models. This session aims to draw a useful map to guide professionals towards future business world in a complex situation. An overview about what happened will be presented, so we would be able to understand this current situation. Then it will focus on future trends in management and business. Finally it will analyze and separate those features belonging to industry structure from the ones which are just situational. The final aim will be to contextualize what is happening in the digital landscape where all media companies, big and small, have to be integrated and developed.
